"A small, efficiency-focused sushi and poke concept being planned by chef Wayne Conwell (of Sushi Sasa) for the Happy Canyon Shopping Center. Aimed at affordability and delivery, the menu will emphasize lower-priced sushi rolls and poke bowls compared with Conwell’s main restaurant. The compact space will seat about 20 with a large sushi bar and a couple of two-tops, and will offer multiple ordering methods (phone, kiosks, paper) plus a cubby system to speed pickup and deliveries." - Paul Albani-Burgio
