"A highly regarded London Neapolitan pizza restaurant group with three branches in Ealing, Fulham and Fitzrovia (and a possible fourth) has announced it will stop accepting cash from 2019, moving to credit-card–only payments. The owners framed the change as both a safety measure and a way to speed up back-office administration, eliminate on-site cash and simplify tax reporting. When concerns were raised about exclusion of customers without bank accounts — refugees, homeless people or those with bad credit — the business responded that it would give a pizza free to anyone in need." - Adam Coghlan
