Toto’s Grill debuts Filipino street food | Eater Vegas

"An expansion of a hit concept from three California locations, this eastside outpost offers authentic Filipino street food focused on a house specialty of skewered items — each priced at $1.25 — that diners reheat themselves on a large open charcoal grill. The evolving menu includes chicken and pork isaw, barbecue pork, lobster balls, chicken feet, hot dogs, lumpia, and shumai; imported drinks such as calamansi juice are available, and a range of sauces (for example, fishball sauce and spicy cucumber vinegar) are offered to add extra flavor to the charred meats. Located in the same retail center as Seafood City on Maryland Parkway, it replaced the former Tapioca Express and operates Thursday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., closed Monday–Wednesday." - Bradley Martin
