"Opening next week at 2471 N. Milwaukee Avenue on the former Father and Son’s Pizza parcel, this second Chicago outpost of a 2016 taco bar brings a high-energy, party-bar vibe where patrons toss ice shot glasses at a bell. The menu features tacos on tortillas made on-site — including a new lamb quesabirria with duck mole available Wednesdays and Sundays — plus items like grilled shrimp with mango, a crispy potato taco, and pork with pineapple, alongside boozy frozen margaritas. The space includes a 2,790-square-foot open-air patio and roughly 8,500 square feet indoors decorated with murals by Jason Botkin in collaboration with local artists Erik Lundquist and David Alvarado. Owned by Four Corners (which also has locations in Denver and Dallas) and initially developed on the culinary side by Brandon Sodikoff of Au Cheval and Hogsalt fame, the operation is presenting a softer, community-minded version for Logan Square and will launch a monthly First Fridays live-art series to showcase local artists and encourage neighborhood engagement." - Ashok Selvam
