"One of 2019's most anticipated openings, Cantine Teré (formerly tasting-menu restaurant Fieldstone) discretely closed in December just six months after its debut. It served an a la carte menu of colourful sharing plates across three services—brunch, lunch, and dinner—from St-Laurent boulevard near St-Viateur. Head chef and co-owner Chanthy Yen left in June over creative differences with the investors and has since partnered with Cold Room Bar’s Kevin Demers; the restaurant struggled to find new kitchen leadership afterward and, Yen says, patronage suffered.
