"This Shorewood location is among five stores piloting a limited breakfast menu for a national Chicago-born fast-food chain looking to enter the fast-food morning-meal market. The trial service runs from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and includes a Polish sausage-with-egg-and-cheese sandwich on the same French loaf used for the chain’s Italian beef (with a vegetarian alternative), a bacon, egg, and cheese croissantwich, Stan’s Donuts doughnuts, fruit cups and hash brown bites, and hot/cold drinks from Metropolis Coffee.
