The 24,000-square-foot location will feature fermenters, kitchen equipment, a grape press, and a 'mozzarella lab' for house-made cheeses. The store will offer daily-made bread and Italian grape ale. The venue also boasts a Technicolor exterior, 40 parking spaces, and bike racks.
