"Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is a rapidly expanding Louisiana-based chain known for its fresh, made-to-order chicken fingers. The restaurant offers a succinct menu featuring combo meals with Cane’s sauce, coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and sweet tea. The Mira Mesa location, which will replace Rockin’ Baja Lobster, is under construction and aims to open by the end of the year.
