"A Southport Corridor pizzeria that is VPN-certified by the American affiliate of the Naples-based Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, meaning pies are made under specific parameters with approved equipment. The reviewer sampled three Neapolitan pies — margherita; mortadella and pistachio; and sausage and soppressata — and found the blistered, chewy crust surrounding a soft, gooey center to be an ideal base for toppings. The mortadella-and-pistachio pie especially stood out for its combination of savory pork, buffalo mozzarella, and nutty pistachio pesto.
