"After two years in the works, a Cuban-themed restaurant is open at the Flamingo on the Las Vegas Strip as the latest new dining option at the nearly 80-year-old property — arriving on the heels of Lisa Vanderpump’s Pinky’s, which harkens back to the Art Deco era of the 1920s. Going into the former Tropical Breeze Cafe space, it joins the chain’s five Miami-based locations and serves ham croquettes with cilantro dipping sauce, pressed Cuban sandwiches, ropa vieja braised flank steak, and breakfast sandwiches. Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group’s restaurant and the Cortadito Coffee House are open 8 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday." - Janna Karel
