"Pacific Beach’s Waterbar will serve Easter brunch with Loaded Cinnamon Buns, which include a plate of three homemade cinnamon buns smothered in white icing and topped with sliced bananas, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and blueberry compote; Eggs Benedict with an English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise, served with your choice of side; their Spring Fling Scramble with English peas, asparagus, baby heirloom tomato, chives, crumbled goat cheese, sliced avocado and choice of toast and more.
