"A family-run Casablanca Valley producer whose pioneering Pinot Noir plantings from the 1990s sit on granite and quartz soils that are slightly warmer than the rest of the valley. Early harvests at the end of February preserve freshness; the estate makes two Pinot Noirs alongside notable Chardonnay and an iconic Syrah.
