"53 AD is a tasting room and bar from Empirical, the spirits-maker that recently relocated its distillery headquarters from Copenhagen to Bushwick. The bar aims to function as a showroom to educate people and showcase uses for the Empirical range. They offer a variety of uniquely crafted cocktails, each with imaginative names and flavors.
