"This small, bright Noho storefront felt like weekday lunch that won’t crush your soul, with a chain-in-the-making energy that I’d welcome; for $15 I had a warm pita filled with crisp-creamy eggplant, a soft-boiled egg, and a big dollop of aïoli spiced with the pickled-mango condiment amba.
