"An amusement-park beer-garden hosted a soggy German festival for about 200 guests, complete with a dirndl-clad trumpet player; chefs were challenged to produce a German-inspired main and a matching radler (half beer, half fruit soda) for judges including Keegan Gerhard and Padma.
