"Housed within the hotel, Club Room serves as the stylish full-service restaurant and bar where inventive takes on regional ingredients and elevated Cleveland classics define the menu; originally opened by chef Eddie Zalar and now led by chef Dan Young, it features dishes like the West Side Market Pierogi on a bed of wild mushroom and black garlic crème fraîche topped with chives. I enjoyed the choice of sitting at the marble-topped bar or sliding into a posh pink velvet banquette, and the bar program pairs wine and local craft beer with creative twists on classics — for example, the Mexican Martini made with blanco tequila, citronage, blood orange, lime, and olive brine.
