Service feels impressive and unforced: you get a relaxed but thorough orientation on arrival, staff remain respectfully distant unless summoned via the black landlines by the pool or spa, and the spa can be booked for an hour daily (I recommend the non‑bruising, rebalancing lymphatic drainage). Small quirks at breakfast—no questioning about eggs, toast as a given, no fussing over latte versus flat white—only add to the authentic, mountainside Mallorca vibe. With just 12 rooms, five-star rating, amenities that include a restaurant, bar, spa, pools and an outdoor gym, and prices from about USD 1,200, it’s a chic, restorative retreat for couples who want to slow down."
