Bummer Burrito Review - Rainey Street - Austin - The Infatuation

"Austin is primarily a taco town, and while you can in fact get burritos here, there are none quite like the ones at Bummer Burrito, a trailer on Rainey Street. Unlike the football-sized burritos we’ve all become used to, here they’re smaller and without rice. The burritos are very good, like the Frito Rito (nacho cheese with chili cheese Fritos for crunch) and the Popperito (with jalapeno poppers). While these burritos are pretty much the perfect drunk food for the raucous late night Rainey Street crowd, the trailer also opens at 11am on the weekends, which is scientifically proven to be the perfect time for a breakfast burrito. Conveniently the trailer is parked right next to their tiny all-day cafe/bar Little Brother, so you can also grab a good espresso and/or a cocktail. photo credit: David Douglass" - Raphael Brion
