"Georgian restaurants are popping up south of 14th Street like ice cream trucks in summer, and Meama is the latest. It’s in the East Village, and they’ve got a big backyard and a menu full of Georgian staples, like khachapuri, shkmeruli (roast chicken in a garlic and cream sauce), kharcho soup, and three different types of khinkali, as well as Georgian wine and beer.
