"Austin “Hold Out Brewing is a new brewery in Austin with juicy IPAs, the extremely popular Ol’ Gil Euro Pils, dry-hopped porters, and small-batch experimental brews that I am powerless to resist. But I keep coming back because of their food: the al pastor hot dog, cobb salad with miso ranch and a jammy egg, and the broccoli “CuBun” sandwich (it’s a Cubano with broccoli and a mojo verde).
