"If you’re looking for a place where you can sit very close to someone, share food, and feel really taken care of, Sardine Can is one of the best spots. The tapas are the best in the city and while the space is sardine-can-like in size, it’s well worth the wait. Order the garlic prawns before you even sit down, and make sure to ask for lots of bread - you’ll need it to sop up the oil they come in that they could put on stale cornflakes and we’d still be excited about. You can also eat a lot of things out of cans - try the sardines, scallops, octopus, and squid on toast while you talk to the staff about their great selection of Spanish wine." - Shelley Mason
