El Bar Review - Fishtown - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"El Bar has a sign outside that reads, “Sometimes A Citywide Is Dinner.” And it’s easy to disappear into the friendly Fishtown spot for hours and take your meals for the day in liquid form (they’ve ditched the hot dogs). The dimly lit, cash only place has a few $6 options—including PBR and bourbon and Tectate with tequila. So, you’ll likely find groups around the pool tables and pinball machines, knocking back a few and blaming their grip for their third straight loss and not the Jose Cuervo goggles. photo credit: NICOLE GUGLIELMO photo credit: NICOLE GUGLIELMO photo credit: NICOLE GUGLIELMO" - Candis R.
