Sey - Review - East Williamsburg - New York - The Infatuation

"The most pretentious coffee drinker you know probably has enthusiastic opinions about Sey, and you should listen. The Brooklyn-based micro roastery is internationally known for being one of the best to do ultra-light roasts, using their own beans from single-source producers. Even if you don’t know what any of that means, it’s still incredibly pleasant to drink a latte or cortado in their airy, plant-filled East Williamsburg warehouse space. Just keep in mind that there are more benches and bars than tables and outlets, so it’s not ideal for laptop work. Come where when you’re ready to learn what “washed” coffee is." - Neha Talreja
