"To anyone living in Austin, Ramen Tatsu-Ya is basically a household name—up there with the Tacodelis and Pluckers of the city—but until now the farthest south they’ve ventured is to the Zilker neighborhood. The newest location brings their ramen further south, on South Congress near Slaughter and I-35. We can only hope they continue expanding all the way down the I-35 corridor for noodly pit-stops between Austin and San Antonio." - Nicolai McCrary
