"Mikado has six locations, which is great, because you’re six times as likely to live near one. The rolls here are short, wide, and stuffed to the brim with soft hunks of fish, and the nigiri are adorned with things like yuzu kosho or paper-thin slices of jalapeño. We usually go for one of their combination meals, like the four-roll maki set, or the one with two rolls and four pieces of sushi.
