"Umamicue is a Vietnamese-Chinese-American BBQ pop-up at Little Victories in Wicker Park. They also have some of the best brisket in Chicago. You can get it wrapped up in a crispy egg roll or loaded into a potato bun with jalapeños, keypie mayo, plus some pickled carrot and daikon—the meat is fantastic regardless of what form it comes in. The short menu also has a great pork char siu sandwich and smoked cream cheese crab rangoon, all of which pair well with a beer or one of Little Victories’ cocktails." - John Ringor
