Daisy Lounge - Review - Circle C Ranch - Austin - The Infatuation
"Most of Austin's speakeasies are Downtown or on the East Side, but Daisy Lounge brings the booming world of secret bars to South Austin. It's hard to find unless you know to look for the daisy painted on the facade of the converted lobby that connects District Kitchen + Cocktails and Keepers, two Circle C Ranch restaurants. A green velvet curtain on the other side of the door establishes the color scheme running through this narrow two-story spot. Daisy basically looks like the cutest library in town, with cozy chairs and shelves of hardback books built into the walls. The cocktails are divided into classics and inventive mixtures like the Oaxacan Soda, which is an herby mezcal drink with lime juice and chili salt." - Matthew Jacobs
