"Brooklyn Breakfast Shop is a trailer in the Thicket Food Park in South Austin with a variety of breakfast-leaning sandwiches like a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and a fried chicken sandwich that changes every month. We really like their breakfast sandwich. It’s fennel sausage, pimento cheese, and a sunny side up egg, with a crucial assist from sliced homemade pickles, all on a tender, barely holding together biscuit.
