"As the name suggests, this small walkup window in Georgetown has an extensive menu of tortas and burritos—but we prefer the latter. You can start off the day with their Spanish breakfast burrito that has a nice kick from chorizo, fluffy eggs, and a lightly toasted tortilla keeping it from becoming a mess. For a satisfying lunch or dinner, there’s a plump seafood burrito stuffed with well-seasoned cod, red rice, and avocado, and dressed in a tasty jalapeño aioli. And out of all the tortas, their el cubano stands out thanks to a thick slab of juicy pork belly. Just note that the sandwich goes a little overboard with the toppings. Stick to those burritos." - Gabe Guarente
