"If you were a kid who didn’t eat their pizza crusts, Sunnyside Pizza’s sesame crust might finally turn you into a fully formed pizza adult. This pocket-sized pizza shop in Queens has just enough room for two people to eat their slices standing up, but you'll inhale them fast enough. White sesame seeds add a rich, nutty taste to each pie, and turn each edge-piece into something like a chewy toasted breadstick. (A regular crust is also available.) The best slices are the chicken parm, topped with chopped up breaded cutlets and dollops of sauce and ricotta, and⸺at the risk of infuriating all pizza snobs⸺a buffalo chicken pizza that’s actually kinda spicy. photo credit: Alex Staniloff" - Neha Talreja
