"El Rincón De Jorgito is Potrero Hill’s casual weeknight dinner mascot. The low-key Peruvian restaurant is easy to walk into and about the size of a middle school dance floor—basically, there's plenty of place to spread out with an entourage and swarm around mounds of chaufa, lomo saltado, and potatoes smothered in huancaína. No visit is complete without a margarita glassful (or two) of their citrusy ceviche mixto, complete with a fried shrimp curled around the rim—it’s the closest you’ll get to beachside escapism from the east side of the city.
