Bright Spot - Review - Mount Baker - Seattle - The Infatuation

"If your ideal day starts with a breakfast sandwich and ends with soft serve, set up shop at Bright Spot. This whimsical Mt. Baker coffee spot has more than one unicorn head mount, neon signs, and decor reminiscent of Andy Warhol’s bathroom—but even so, it’s a great place to get some work done. Grab one of their many tables and order the standout egg sandwich made on a muhammara and labneh-smeared brioche bun, topped with arugula, melty american cheese, and a baked egg square.
