But knit beanie credentials aside, a few glasses of natty wine at this six-month residency on the rooftop of the Stile Downtown Los Angeles by Kasa (formerly the Ace Hotel) makes for a sexy little evening. An elevator takes you to a lush, fluorescent-red patio with sweeping views. Bartenders cheekily ask you to name a color and an adjective—red and fruity, orange and funky, etc.—as you sample a few bottles before committing. And that’s really it.
