"There’s a perpetual crowd at this Filipino ice cream spot—an intergenerational mix of toddlers, college kids, and adults trying not to get overstimulated by it all. It’s easy to understand why. This ice cream is great, and the flavors are unique. The best stuff in the display freezer leans Filipino. You can get scoops of ube latte, buko pandan, and a sampaguita ice cream with almond, vanilla, and jasmine.
