"We really liked the original Mindy’s that closed in 2020, so we’re glad that they opened a new Wicker Park location. They only have one pie as part of their Thanksgiving specials, but it has so much going on, one pie is probably all you need. It’s the Turducken of Pies: pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate cake baked into a graham cracker crust, topped with pecan caramel candy bars and housemade marshmallows.
