"There are a lot of good reasons to go to Wesburger ‘n’ More—there's the old-school dining room that looks like a retro diner, the trays of mac-and-cheese with a crunchy-crumbed topping, to loaded tater tots with queso, caramelized onions, and bulgogi bacon. But those all come second to the excellent fried chicken sandwiches and burgers. The Southern-style buttermilk fried chicken sandwich is extra crispy, as big as your face, and topped with red cabbage and miso aioli. For something spicy, try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with mayo and pickles—if you want to go bun-less, there's also a salad version. As far the burgers, we love the Hot Wes with cheese and crispy fried onions on top as well as the Wes Smash Burger that comes with up to three juicy patties.
