Decorated sparsely and with quiet music, Fadensonnen seems to encourage you to pay attention to nothing other than your drink and the person in front of you. The intimate spot is also an experimental music venue, hosting live music on Sundays and jazz on Thursdays, and they also collaborate with bookstore Greedy Reads for the Hidden Palace Poetry Series. If wine and sake aren’t your thing, the beer tavern downstairs features small producers and funky brews, as well as a full bar.
