"Have you ever wished everything at Denny’s was vegan? If so, you should check out Champs, a restaurant in East Williamsburg that serves comfort food made with 100% plant-based ingredients. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll be happy with dishes like the humongous Philly cheesesteak made with thick slices of seitan and the breakfast slam, which comes with tofu scramble alongside fluffy and moist pancakes.
