"The entree section of The Salted Fork reads like a seafood lovers dream: lobster, snapper, shrimp, catfish, and salmon. In case you'd rather stay on land, they also have turf dishes like pork chops, steak, as well as pasta. The Salted Fork joins a busy section of Cascade next to some of our favorite restaurants like Oreatha's At The Point, The Beautiful, and Natalie Bianca.
