"The arepas from this takeout-only Colombian spot have amped-up twists that are unexpected and fun—like the bánh mì-inspired version stuffed with brisket, pickled onions, and jalapeños, and another that’s loaded with BBQ pulled pork and purple cabbage. They also have more traditional options, like the Farmers with whole fried plantains, hogao, and a dusting of mozzarella on top. The masa is grilled until crisp, and holds up to the saucy fillings.
