"You’ll likely have to pay an arm and a leg to park anywhere near Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, but it’s worth it to be able to eat a roll at Lobster Shack’s dark and cozy wood booths. This spot is about as old school as they come—the building dates back to the early 1900s—so the ambiance is excellent for spending a few hours drinking with your friends and pretending you live in an era where you don’t have to know what Threads are. You won’t find any fries in sight, but your roll comes with a generous heap of ridged potato chips and a pickle spear. The lobster is just firm enough to give the roll some bite, and there’s a perfect amount of mayo to dress it.
