"Bare Bones, a butcher and sandwich shop in The Nations, makes one of the best cheeseburgers in Nashville, along with a ridiculously good hot ham sandwich. The latter is piled high on a ciabatta bun with goat cheese, herb mayo, and a jam that changes seasonally but makes the sandwich sing no matter what it is.
