"La Grenouille is gone from this world. Chateau Royale, from the owner of Libertine, would like to pay its respects. In bi-level space in a Greenwich Village townhouse, the restaurant will be a love letter to New York's classic French restaurants, with an all-French wine list and a tableside cocktail program. On the ground floor, there will be a bar inspired by European greats like Kronenhalle in Zurich and Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. Up above, you'll find a 50-seat dining room with velvet banquettes.
