"This barebones Oak Cliff taco stand puts all others in Dallas to shame. The Davis Street roadside hut is cash-only and straight to the point, just a man with a notepad and some cash in his back pocket. All the usual proteins are represented here, but you should get the beef fajita. The double-layered corn tortillas soak up all that citrusy glaze, dripping before you even get to the chunks of marinated beef. These tacos don't need the onion and cilantro to substitute to do the flavor heavy lifting and Taqueria El Si Hay knows that—a small pinch of each does the trick. (But we do love the extra-spicy red salsa.)" - Desiree Gutierrez
