Their patio has been adapted to fit large groups and the deep pits where the barbacoa is cooked overnight and served straight to your plate with homemade tortillas. You can choose from different parts of the animal (loin and ribs always make a perfect combo) to create tacos and top them with a garden fresh mix of cilantro, onion, and radishes. Add a slice of avocado for creaminess or fresh cheese for a salty kick.
