"An Auburn-based Cajun seafood boil restaurant will soon take over a massive location overlooking Shilshole Bay. In addition to the signature jovial shellfish, look for Chinese dishes like xiao long bao and hand-torn noodles. We’re especially curious about the latter, since they're from the same owner as the excellent Xi’an Noodles. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Gabe Guarente
