"Longtime fans of bánh mì in Austin might remember Ng BMT, a spot that bounced around to different locations before closing in 2016 for a few years. They've since reopened as NG Cafe in North Austin. The sandwiches are smaller and more compact, with a generous layer of pâté and housemade mayo. But the bread—a toasted French baguette with a crispy exterior and a soft center— really brings it all together.
