"SiYuan is just a few steps south of Piazza Duomo, tucked among a growing cluster of non-Italian restaurants. There are a handful of tables and simple counter seating inside, where you can watch them pull Lanzhou-style noodles right in front of you. Portions are generous, prices are friendly, and you can choose your desired noodle thickness (we like medium).
