Named after an Uruguayan tribe, this spot will fill that carnal craving for steak, but in an exclusive, romantic space—you’ll need to push aside a velvet curtain to enter. The candlelit benches in front of the grill are the best spots for curious diners who want to watch chefs char waygu chorizo, certified Iberian beef tenderloin, or Galician chuletón (yes, you can get grilled vegetables too, but the meat is the highlight).
