Golden Gai has become very touristy in the last few years, but you’ll still want to check it out if you know where to go. One of our favorites is Bar Blue Dragon, an upper-level bar on one of the middle blocks. There’s no better way to tell you how to find it in Golden Gai, but if you manage to track it down, try the coffee-bean-infused shochu drink.
